Layers of lemon meringue pie, pineapple turnover and sweet pastry fold into a savoury, dry and lingering finish. A cosy winter white that balances warmth and precision.

Biodynamically grown fruit from The Wrekin, Marlborough. Hand-picked grapes were direct-pressed and wild-fermented in a single old barrique, where the wine matured for three years without topping. A protective flor developed in-barrel as roughly 60 L evaporated over that time—an homage to the sous-voile styles of Jura that yield rich, nutty, oxidized whites. Certified organic. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan, with minimal sulphites added at bottling. Bottled under cork and finished with wax. Extremely limited: only 20 cases produced.
