Three biodynamic vineyards, three distinct voices folded into a single wine — a co-ferment of Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, pressed and progressively fermented to coax out layered texture and clarity. This year the blend leans a touch more toward Riesling and Chenin Blanc, lending a paler hue and an airy translucence. Aromas of rhubarb and tree-ripe apricot unfold first, bright and immediate, then deepen into more savory mineral notes. On the palate it’s taut and salivating, a fine-cut acidity carrying a long, saline finish that lingers with orchard fruit and a whisper of herb.
