"This little number is a field blend of cider and dessert apple cultivars from our lovely friend Merophy’s Home Orchard nestled in the Aniseed Valley. This cider was picked by the many loving hands of friends who feel more like family on a day that was decidedly autumnal in the midst of a hot and sunny 2024 vintage. Wild fermented and aged entirely in a single french oak wine barrel, we watched this cider blossom into a drop so crisp, tart, pretty and delicious we nearly kept this all to ourselves.
Apple blossom, honey comb, lemon curd, and concord grapes make some aromatic appearances with a touch of bright tannin, crunchy acidity, and a clean quick finish. She’s stunning, honestly. Very limited release"
