Hand-harvested at dawn while the fruit retained its cool, this Merlot–Malbec blend marries two meticulous techniques. One portion is cold-soaked on skins for five days, coaxing out delicate texture and bright aromatics; the other undergoes a Beaujolais Nouveau–style carbonic maceration for three weeks as whole bunches, lending vibrancy and lifted perfume. The result is an electric, elegant wine—gorgeously light and fresh, brimming with vivid red-fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, with floral lift and silky tannins.
