The 2011 Tondonia offers ripe red and black fruit with savoury leather and cured jamón, lifted by musky potpourri and incense. Delicate on the palate, driven by redcurrant and raspberry, it gains presence with air. Concentrated yet graceful, it balances succulent fruit with bright, citrus-edged acidity. Fine tannins give measured grip, leading to a long finish of cherry, violet, dark chocolate and a tangerine twist. Vibrant, fresh and refined—approachable now (decanted) but built to cellar.
